Full description of the position

We are looking for the right person… This is an opportunity, not a job! A top producer and has a track record of leadership. This person is a problem solver, business consultant, highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individual who operate with urgency.

This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand their market, understand the unique value proposition of Keller Williams and can effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner.

They naturally exhibit the our belief system in their dealings with others. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team.

They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of their office. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how support others in making great business decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
