Full description of the position

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!!

Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving increases in both company product production, and organically with current customers and new acquisitions. Performance goals will include increasing overall product sales by working with established agent partner sales channels and developing accounts using our existing products while utilizing CRM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing business while working with SFH agent partners to increase product sales and improve overall performance.
  • Prospect and acquire new vehicle automotive dealership accounts with agent partners in your geographical region.
  • Help facilitate new dealership launches and implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business.
  • Facilitate sales presentations with agent partners in-person or virtually.
  • Track and monitor dealership performance with agents, identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage expenses incurred within the current expense guidelines.

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail sales management experience in the automotive dealership space.
  • General mechanical and technical knowledge of vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of retail automobile dealership operations.
  • Proven retail sales experience in the automotive industry a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in the field of sales, management, and customer relations.
  • Strong sales, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills (virtual or in-person).
  • Computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Former CRM experience and usage.
  • Must be a team player as well as able to work independently.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to dealerships in assigned region (Eastern US).
  • Candidate will need to live in a major airline hub area: Philadelphia, JFK, Washington DC, New York LaGuardia, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, Newark
  • How much should I expect to travel? 50% - 75%
  • The Regional Sales Manager is a commission-based position which is eligible for participation in a sales compensation plan and a monthly draw of $6000. The draw represents an advanced salary tied to company monthly goals. Unlimited compensation tied to increasing regional sales area product sales.
