We are a small IT and Test equipment dealer with a family feel. We are located in West Sacramento. We have been in business for over 13 years. Our team is friendly and upbeat. Our work environment is positive, hard-working, and busy.

WHAT WE DO? We buy and sell IT and Test Equipment to/ from customers both nationally and internationally. Every deal is unique, and there is no cookie-cutter process. We pay careful attention to every detail and customer interaction. We strive to give our customers the best experience possible.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are an honest, responsible, hard-working, quick-learning team player with computer hardware knowledge and a great attitude! You possess excellent customer interaction skills. You are looking for a challenge and enjoy helping provide the best customer service experience in this industry. You have strong critical thinking skills, and you prefer variety over redundancy. People like working with you, and you contribute positively to the work environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will help us buy and sell various types of IT and Test equipment. You will be responsible for supporting customer inquiries (THERE IS NO COLD CALLING).

WHAT KIND OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS YOU HAVE?
+ Familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals (A MUST)
+ Highly computer literate and Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially excel
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow up skills
+ Tech related sales/e-commerce experience, not required, but a big plus!
