Eagle Eye Cleaning Services in Downtown Historic Frisco, 75034. is looking for one sales & marketing associate to join our team. We provide cleaning services to residential and commercial clients but your focus with be in B2B sales expanding our commercial business contracts.

**$2,000 Sign On Bonus after 90 Days of Employment**

Base Pay + Commission of 15% Gross Sales

Responsibilities

• Generating Leads
• Meeting or Exceeding Sales Goals
• Negotiating all Contracts with Prospective Clients
• Assist in Determining Price Schedules for Quotes, Promotions, and Negotiations
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly Reports
• Giving Sales Presentations to a Range of Prospective Clients
• Attend Business Networking Events

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales
• A Commitment to Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Superb Interpersonal Skills including the Ability to Quickly Build Rapport with Customers
• Experience using Computers for a Variety of Tasks
• Able to Work Comfortably in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Able to Work in a Team Environment
• Flexible Work Schedule
• Detail Oriented
