General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and motivate a team of individual contributors
- Manage a multimillion-dollar annual budget with double digit growth
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and profit objectives to 100% of plan or greater
- Routinely create and execute team meetings and trainings to provide cohesive approach to revenue targets
- Facilitate account development strategies on both existing customer base and new client targets
- Develop, train and coach innovative ideas to maximize market potential
- Manage daily / weekly sales activity
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team (technology sales experience preferred)
- Track record of producing results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
- Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to take risks and try innovative approaches
