The position of Salesperson is responsible for providing strategic sales leadership and results. The objective of this position is to generate sales from established and potential customers. The salesperson requires a broad knowledge of the organization’s services, products, and marketing techniques as well as efforts in commonly accepted sales practices and procedures. This person works with their project specialist to ensure the coordination of all project milestones, proactively seeks out news sales and reacts accordingly to prospective customers. Base pay is based on experience plus commission from sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer and their needs.
• Works closely with design and estimating departments to ensure the customer is presented with options that will work for their business.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating customer needs and industry standards.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Creates scope of work, surveys measurements when possible and researches local and state codes to ensure what is presented to the customer is able to be permitted at their location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
