Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience

• Experience in retail sales with a proven record of achieving sales goals

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in addition to excellent follow up

• Computer proficient

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Clear understanding of the retail sales process

Responsibilities

• Work flexible hours including weekends

• Drive retail sales including pool & spa chemicals and accessories

• Provide accurate information for customer inquiries about products & services

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked

• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness

• Abide by all company pricing policies

• Follow up on all leads in store and/or online

• Uphold professional image on the sales floors

• Be Punctual

• Salary range $42k-$50K plus commissions
