Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for selling fruit to existing customers and developing new customer relationships to acquire new business.

Essential Functions

• Develop new accounts through prospecting and cold calling.
• Manage and grow new and existing accounts; re-establish business with past accounts.
• Manage FOB accounts on a daily basis.
• Programs selling and contract selling.
• Plan for customer needs. Develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to ensure optimal customer service and support.
• Resolve customer concerns by investigating problems and quickly developing solutions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts.
• Meet personal and team targets.
• Travel to maintain current customer relationships/accounts. Travel to new prospects with the goal of developing business.
• Accounts Receivable Management.
• Performs other related duties and participate in special projects as required or assigned.
