Regional Account Manager- Cable Telecommunications Division
Little Giant Ladders Systems is growing and growing and growing! We are looking for the next great team player to fill the role of Regional Account Manager. In this position,* you will be responsible for building new businesses and converting businesses from competitive brands. You will complete this responsibility through relationships with end users and key distributors by providing unmatched training and education. As Regional Account Manager *you will be an ambassador of the company, interacting with a broad spectrum of people from Technicians, EHS Managers, Tech Ops Managers and on live job sites and in training facilities. You will play a key role in sales with the distributors and your end customers throughout your assigned region. As a Telco Regional Account Manager, you will work closely with the TELCO Director of Sales to meet goals and drive revenue. Strong candidates will understand the Cable Telco, Fiber optics, wireless and internet provider industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)
- You will provide sales and support for, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Manage conversions and measurable sales growth within the region.
- Develop and train End User Specialists in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Trainers on our innovation, and safety products.
- Provide strategic guidance, work with distributor teams across your geographic region.
- Target, develop, and maintain relationships with top end-users in the region. Be available to help and resolve situations quickly.
- Increase pressure on key distributors to convert to all LGproducts and educate on our why and safety innovations.
- Identify and close large RFQ opportunities in the assigned region.
- Provide product trainingand Demo’s to new, existing, and prospective customers. Product knowledge is key.
- Maintain plans and details with key partners in CRM for the specific region.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in Cable Telco sales or experience in marketing or training within the industry.
Special Physical Requirements (required):
- Lift up to 85 lbs. willing and able to safely drive extended miles regionally.
- Must pass a drug test and have a valid and current driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $75,000 base per year + commission
