Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be analytical, detail-oriented and able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to six years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to analyze results and draw conclusions based on those results.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access, and/or other database management program.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current driver’s license.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands and fingers to handle or feel. The associate is regularly required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and telephone; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds. From time to time, the associate must travel to various business financial centers to perform training as needed by users.

Summary
Works with business financial centers and departments to train, coordinate and facilitate the use of Citizens Account Analysis system by all associates. This position will support the development, enhancement and/or maintenance of the programs approved by the Bank for its sales and service activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
Maintains, trains and supports users of Citizens Account Analysis (CAA), a fully functional analysis and billing system.
Modifies system to accommodate any Bank-mandated changes to rates and pricing of products/services. Ensures such modifications are implemented in a timely fashion.
Maintains and monitors any required “special” or “waived” pricing strategies either at the Bank level, analysis group level or account level.
Receives, analyzes, processes and maintains in CAA monthly account information, balance information and service information for all deposit accounts on analysis from the host system (Premier), as well as various other sources (Treasury Management, Support Services, etc.)
Generates monthly account analysis statements resulting from compilation of all data received during the month. These statements will be generated at month-end and reviewed for a period of time after with modifications made on an as-needed basis.
Works with all business financial centers/departments/areas of the Bank to ensure all needs are met and monthly analysis statements are generated accurately and any variances addressed in a timely fashion prior to customer billing.
Receives, analyzes and processes all third-party vendor payments submitted by the Centers on behalf of customers.
Supports any future sales support systems deemed necessary by the Bank.
Provides Citizens Experience level service to both internal and external customers.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
