REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (SD)

Norwood Sales, Inc. is rapidly growing and we are expanding our sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated, performance driven Regional Sales Manager - SD to help us meet our customer acquisition, growing marketplace presence and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage the sales activities and development of the assigned territory.

• Identify new dealers to ensure market coverage in the territory.

• Be responsible for maximizing the territory and dealer’s potential, developing sales plans and executing them with the customers.

• Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, achieve growth and sales targets.

• Continually develop knowledge of the products, identify industry trends and strategies for future success and growth in the assigned territory.

• Attend and manage the farm exhibitions in the assigned territory.

• Work in a cooperative manner with other employees on an inter or intra departmental basis.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in agriculture sales, territory and dealer management. Selling agriculture equipment or related equipment is a plus.

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, strong customer focus, sales driven and attention to detail.

• Able to travel up to 70% of time and will base in our corporate office in Horace, ND.
