We are searching for a highly motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our Richmond, VA operation. This opportunity is with an award-winning homebuilder.

This opportunity requires an avid salesperson who is eager to help match people with their perfect home. A New Home Sales Consultant will be placed within 1 community to learn inside and out. This gives someone the stability to know their product entirely.

If you're looking to expand on your current sales experience with a builder that is stable and actively growing- this is it!

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to actively communicate with prospective buyers
• Multitasking abilities
• Excitement for sales
• Must be able to successfully use a CRM system, internet, office programs, and other technology tools used for new home sales

*New Home Sales experience REQUIRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
