Full Job Description:
Watermark Roofing (WR) is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing your sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Follow WR strategic business plan and practices or present a better plan of action.
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring or sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Weekly sales meetings with sales staff, go over sales goals and sales strategies.
SKILLS:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, own research, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from appointment to close.
- Strong business sense.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficient with computers, CRM software, and organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must enjoy relating to others and be skilled in human relations.
- Must be a strong communicator and problem solver.
- Must be positive and outgoing.
- Must be goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social and people skills.
- Past canvassing/appointment setting experience is highly desired, but not necessary.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
