The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing, training and developing new agents and administrative staff. The Sales Manager is also responsible for the growth and profitability of their designated office and focusing efforts on recruiting and retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps agents develop comprehensive business plans; sets agents goals and objectives; conducts meetings; identifies agent training needs and development plans.
- Sources and recruits new agents following company recruiting plan; maintains minimum recruiting objectives.
- Trains agents in all aspects of the sales process; conducts regular office training classes to ensure agents are proficient in generating business.
- Conducts regular planning meetings with all agents to review performance and provide planning assistance and mentoring.
- Follows company marketing initiatives; provides ideas, guidance and support to agent marketing campaigns; develops and executes office marketing campaigns.
- Attends educational workshops; reviews professional publications; establishes personal networks; benchmarks best practices; participates in professional networks and/or groups.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA strongly preferred or comparable work experience.
- Prior experience in a prior sales environment (5-7 years).
- Able to manage and direct a highly skilled, motivated, successful and result-oriented sales team.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications required.
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Required)

Pay: $100,155.00 - $250,000.00 per year
