New Home Sales Consultant

Platinum Builders is searching for the brightest and most talented real estate sales candidates to add to our experienced team of professionals. As one of the area’s most outstanding new construction builders in the New Smyrna and Ormond Beach locations, Platinum Builders constantly strives to deliver exceptionally different homes for our customers. From single level 55+ villas to multi-million dollar customs; Platinum has a product for all tastes and budgets. We are expanding our sales teams and we are looking for the very best talent in our area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduled model center duty, meet and greet customers, show company products and options
• Maintain model center cleanliness and hygiene to include regularly wiping down surfaces, door knobs and light switches
• Maintain and grow knowledge of all company products, market conditions, mortgage/financing options
• Write and be able to explain sale and purchase agreements to include HOA details, CDD information as required by state statutes
• Maintain customer relationships with home buyer throughout the construction and build process, give customer updates and feedback
• Work minimum 5 days per week, some evenings, regular weekends
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and statewide realtors and brokers
• Collect model center traffic information for reporting to management, maintain database of client visits and follow up activities
• Make up sales information packages, keep model well stocked of brochures and information
• Attend sales meetings weekly
• Attend local and regional consumer and trade events
• Maintain competitive market analysis of area and competitor product awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

MULTIPLE YEAR NEW HOME SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Drivers License

Real Estate License

High School Diploma, Higher Education Preferred

3+ Years real estate or new construction experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
