PAVILION is a world wide leader in the Wholesale and Retail Giftware industry and supplies retail products to over 15,000 wholesale customers around the world.

We are presently seeking a full time professional individual responsible for providing sales and administrative support to Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing accounts as well as prospecting and developing new business.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for major accounts.
• Customer Service Calls both inbound and outbound.
• Travel to trade shows (includes setting up the show, training the reps and selling to customers at the shows).
• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals.
• Work on various special projects for Sales Department.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in related field or equivalent

• Two years related experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytic skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to details
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
