Amo Realty is a luxury boutique brand servicing all of Massachusetts. We have offices throughout the state and are currently planning to hire a small group of real estate agents to join our team in 2023.

Our first office, Boston City Properties, was founded in 2007 and is a leader in the Boston real estate market.

We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sales leads to our agents and help everyone stay fully booked along the front lines of the busy Massachusetts real estate market.

There are options to take South Shore, North Shore, Boston or MetroWest clients.

There's also an option to take on rental leads however it makes the most sense to focus on sales. There is also an option to take on commercial real estate leads.

We own websites such as [please apply online] [please apply online] BostonOfficeSpace.com and over 70 other websites that help bring in leads each day.

We offer extremely high splits, including a 95% split at the 3 year mark at Amo Realty.

We're mainly looking for experienced agents that have sold at least a few properties in the calendar year prior to joining Amo Realty.
