Salary: $19/hr - $22/hr + benefits

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Leasing Manager for a 204 unit apartment complex. This position is Day Shift Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm with a 1 hour lunch.

The Leasing Manager will manage the leasing office of a mid-sized apartment complex. They will submit paperwork for potential tenants, run income verification, calculate move-in costs, tour units and complete market surveys. No real estate license required.

The Leasing Manager will:

• Fill out paperwork, screen potential new tenants, verify income and employment
• Track move-in costs
• Show units to potential tenants
• Fill out market surveys
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Yardi and CRM
• Active Driver’s License
• 1-2 years leasing experience required
