Michael Saunders & Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Real Estate Assistant who will project manage marketing jobs and basic graphic design in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. If you love working with people, are task-oriented, and have basic graphic design skills this may be the job for you. We need someone with a strong work ethic that can stay on task and work in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project management from initiation to closure
• Social media setup & management of monthly campaigns
• Customer database creation & maintenance
• Basic graphic design support
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Customer Service focused

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office
• Adobe Suites knowledge
• Highly organized
• Detail/deadline oriented
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of job-tracking software
• Basic InDesign knowledge

Education and/or experience:
Project management experience
Administrative experience
Basic graphic design experience
Experience in a Real Estate office or as an Assistant to a Real Estate Agent a plus
