Volt is immediately hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Lincoln, CA
Monday – Friday from 9am-5:30pm
Pay for this position is $20/hr.

Inside Sales Representative Overview
This person will be responsible for engaging all in-bound customer calls. In this role, you will be the point person in developing trust with the customer, pre-purchase, and ultimately working with customers to help them understand the best product(s) for them.
Full-time, Exempt, OTE $70K + Benefits.
In-office work schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM in Lincoln, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to answer all incoming phone calls to the sales line
• Respond to all emails, chat, and social media messages in a timely manner
• Follow up on all incoming leads
• Learn internal systems for work flows and order processing
• Deliver first-class sales support for all in-bound traffic through calls, email, and chat
• Educate and consult customers on products, best practices, and clearly setting expectations of their purchase experience
• Follow-up in a timely and consistent manner with all potential customers
• Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, employee book club, process refinement, and tools to improve the purchase experience
• Collaborate with peers on best practice and procedures
• Available to travel occasionally for trade shows
• All other duties as assigned
