Now Hiring - Regional D2D Sales Manager in American Fork, UT

We are a pest control company looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing team and lead our D2D sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and dynamic company. We are looking for someone that is equally excited to grow with us in this position as well as future leadership positions as we continue expanding. Candidates must have experience in recruiting, training, and managing pest control sales teams. We are looking for someone who is highly driven and dedicated as we continue to open sadditional ales offices in subsequent years. Applicants must have multiple years of experience selling and recruiting.

COMPENSATION (depending on experience)

• Between 65% and 75% commission deal on all sales and managed sales
• Residual sales commissions on previous year's sales
• Monthly recruiting budget
• Monthly car stipend

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
