Salary Range $128,00.00 to $163,200.00 DOE
The Director of National Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new national and regional clients. This position works closely with senior management in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The Director of National Sales reports directly to the VP of National Services.

Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:

• Management and oversight of major client targets; strengthen relationships, generate new business, and drive leads.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to develop new business relationships from asset ownership groups/entities and grow relationships and market share from targeted existing end user accounts.
• Aggressively maintain and grow a pipeline of revenue from existing key accounts assigned through total account penetration and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with branch operations and client needs.
• Drive business needs with emphasis on mitigation and reconstruction.
• Attain, maintain knowledge of business, with ability to articulate company story, history, culture, philosophy.
• Maintain company visibility in the marketplace through networking and participating in industry functions.
• Provides support in conferences and tradeshows identified by sales team (local/regional/national)
