National Account Sales Specialist in Chesterfield, MO

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be responsible for growing the businesses of up-and-coming chains and new national accounts you bring on
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers from small/midsize national accounts, including C-suite, R&D/culinary, purchasing, and supply chain
- Increase your clients’ sourcing through Dot and identify opportunities to make their supply chains more efficient
- Generate new business opportunities for Dot’s supplier partners
- Gain approval for Dot to handle national account proprietary items
Attend industry-specific conferences/meetings
Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the positionApply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
ROLE SPECIFICS
Most of the role will be done virtually, but travel will be required about once a month. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or comparable Dot experience
- 3 years of outside sales experience or comparable Dot experience
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills, both in person and virtual
- Demonstrated computer skills
