We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to support the Kalamazoo area. This role will work out of our Kalamazoo, Michigan Branch located at 3737 Lake St, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.

Terry and Carolyn Gentry had a dream in the Spring of 1969. They also had the backseat of the family Oldsmobile and their two-stall garage. But the first T.A. Gentry Supply, Inc. delivery vehicle and warehouse was enough to propel the family business.
Growth is nothing new to the Gentry's. Before the clock struck midnight in 1970, the couple gained their first delivery truck and started renting the former Wooden Shoe Factory in Holland, Michigan for warehousing.

After years of success, expansion was inevitable. A 3,500 square foot showroom in Lansing opened in 1988, and one in Kalamazoo followed the next decade. In 2017, the Holland showroom was renovated and rebranded as the Gentry Supply Kitchen and Bath Gallery.

What we need from you:
Preferred
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 5 or more years’ experience with Plumbing, sales, and related functions.
Minimum
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field.
- 3 or more years’ experience with Plumbing, sales, and related functions.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
- Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.

What will you be doing? We’ll keep you busy and teach you how to:
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
- Cold call, prospect and close new business.
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing accounts.
- Develop business, introduce new products, train and more.
- Use TA Gentry Inc. computer systems, vendors’ computer systems, and Microsoft Office products.
What we have to offer:
- Base salary between $65,000 to $85,000 + commission
