Licensed Tenant Relations Manager

ROOST Real Estate Co. Property Management – Springfield Ohio

The Licensed Tenant Relations Manager reports directly to the Property Manager and works directly with our tenants to ensure their satisfaction from then day they move in until the day they move out.

• Take tenant calls and walk-ins and solve their problems and ensure they are satisfied with their ROOST Real Estate Co. rental experience.
• Collect and evaluate rent checks/money orders that come into the office to make sure they are filled out correctly and that the tenant is not in eviction.
• Ensure all voice messages and email messages are called back / responded to throughout the day.
• Print 3-day notices.
• Post 3-day notices
• Work with the Property Manager to determine which evictions to file.
• Attend eviction court.
• Complete monthly lease renewals.
• Make follow up calls and texts to tenants who have not paid or made arrangements to pay..
• Aid tenants with approved rent payment plans.
• Mediate disputes between tenants.
• Send any maintenance requests received to the Maintenance Manager.
• Contact tenants about past due utility bills.
• Complete tenant move ins in Appfolio including rollover tenants.
• Post inspection notices as needed.

Qualifications

• A valid Ohio Real Estate Agent or Broker license is required.
• Share our passion for exceeding the expectations of both our tenants and owners.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Strong organization, collaboration, and time management skills required.
• Must have a valid driver license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Required Skills

• Must be proficient at, or demonstrate an ability to learn, the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Must possess basic computer, internet, search, and research skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience a plus.
• Previous experience using AppFolio a plus.

Compensation

• $17 to $20 per hour + monthly bonus based on renewal fees collected after training and probationary period completed.
• 10 days of vacation per year begins to accrue after six months.
• State licensing, local board dues, and all brokerage fees normally paid by our agents are paid by the brokerage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:
