About us

Krown Rochester & Custome Truck Creations is a small business in East Rochester, NY. We are customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide quality work and excellent customer service to those looking to up-fit/customize their ride.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with knowledge of aftermarket accessories and parts.

One location, potential travel one day a week. Must have a Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and inquiries whether over the phone, through email, or in person.
• Provides recommendations according to customer's needs and/or preferences
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Complete tasks assigned by Supervisor
• Operate cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing
• Document sales by updating customer records with Supervisor
• Travel 2 days out of the week to perform on the road sales.

Education:

• Highschool or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preffered)
• Automotive Parts & Accessories Knowledge (Needed)
• Automotive Accessories Knowledge (Highly Preffered)
• Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
