Job description

Professional level sales position for individual to support existing accounts and grow sales to commercial customers. This role will determine the needs of the customer and assist with the vehicle to fit their specific needs.

*Monthly performance-based bonuses.

*On-going product knowledge and sales training.

*Multi-dealership group that promotes from within.

Responsibilities

· Assist companies with vehicle purchases.

· Know the in's & out's of the Ford product. Become educated on product offerings, optional packages, & latest technology.

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

· Stay current on Ford Required trainings and certifications.

· Contribute to our dealership culture by having a positive attitude, strong work-ethic, and serving our customers to the best of your ability.

Qualifications

· Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new processes and products.

· Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

· Must have clean & valid driver's license.

· Professional, clean-cut personal appearance.

· Availability to work flexible hours, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $85,000 per year
