The Opportunity:

Our Search Consultants work to successfully identify and qualify healthcare providers for our clients nationwide by utilizing a variety of marketing tools. We are in the business of building great, sustainable relationships. If you like to talk to professional people, you will love this industry!
What you’ll do:
· 100% inside sales
· Find prospective candidates through cold calling, email, and text via our state-of-the-art database.
· Review physician's credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
· Prioritize your day to adapt to changes in a fluid market and multi-task when needed.
· Work as part of a team that is supportive, collaborative and results oriented.
· Strong organization and time management skills are a must!
Long-term this will be a remote position. In-person training will take place during initial 8 week onboarding period. Our office is located in West county and we are looking for people local to the St. Louis market. We teach you how to do it, and then send you home with the equipment and tools to thrive at home.
Knowledge, skills, and preferred abilities:
· Prior inside sales experience is strongly preferred
· Experience with CRM products
· Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
· Undeniable drive, as well as the ability to work independently
· Strong organization and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
