Job Description Summary:
- Responsible for securing long-term Right of Entry agreements with multi-dwelling residential properties.
- Target new and existing MDU Owners, HOAs, Management Companies, Developers, Universities, and Colleges.
- Adhere to a regiment of prospecting and qualification for funnel and prospect management, sales forecasting, proposal generation, and contract closure.
- Serves as point-of-contact for new and existing customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities, introduces, and sells advanced technology products and services to new and existing MDU clients.
- Effectively manage sales funnel opportunities, and forecasts for accuracy.
- Establish consultative relationships with clients by presenting solutions to realize customer goals.
- Develop consultative bulk/retail presentations that differentiate us from the competition. Services include but are not limited to data/voice and video.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and university officials.
- Create working relationships with internal cross-functional partners.
- Stay up to date with the with changes in the MDU market and the competitive landscape.
- Provides excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships between customers and the company.
- Follows up on all leads inquiries and messages using a computerized system.
- Prepares project status reports and maintain accurate sales/service and customer activity records.
- Achieve all monthly assigned sales goals.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Recommended; High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Related Work Experience
- 2-5 years commercial real estate sales experience or equivalent.
