Branch Sales Representative/Manager

Morgan Buildings is looking for a Branch Sales Representative/Manager for our Hallettsville, TX location.

Job Details:

This position would be responsible for leading the sales team for our Hallettsville location. Applicants would also be responsible for working with customers to find them the best fit building for their needs. We provide backyard structures consisting of offices, barns, cabins, cottages, tiny homes, she sheds, and storage buildings. Made only from the highest quality of materials and workmanship since 1961.

Our sales team is on the front end of our company at Morgan. We are looking for high-energy, customer-focused individuals to add to our sales team in Hallettsville, Tx. Our core values are providing the best in customer service, manufacturing the best quality product in the industry, and supporting a customer’s need from beginning to end. The responsibilities of our sales management associates are as follows:

• Contact all prospects by phone, email, or social media
• Explain the feature and benefits of our quality products
• Qualify the need of the customer and guide them in the best direction to fulfill that need
• Escort customers around our extensive inventory with the knowledge of giving them the right fit for their needs
• Responsible for generating sales leads, hitting or exceeding sales goals, and ultimately meeting customer needs.
• Overseeing store sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new staff for the store location as well as scheduling staff to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities including orders, deliveries, and lot management.
• Handling and resolving any customer questions regarding a product or service

Qualifications:

A highly motivated self-starter that is detailed and goal-oriented. A customer-focused individual that is energetic and has a positive attitude. The right candidate must have a professional presentation and think like an entrepreneur. We search for a team of people that can solve any problem with a can-do attitude.

Experience Required:

• Customer Service: 5 years
• Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 5 years (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, Commission w/ Weekly Draw

Salary: Up to $50,000 to $100,000 a year / Commission Based with no limit on commissions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
