Job Description

The primary focus of this position is assisting in the day to day operation of the warehouse, yard and surrounding areas.

Assure deliveries from vendors are inspected, received and inventoried and put in designated pick homes.

Assure customer product orders are accurately picked, packaged and staged for delivery with appropriate paperwork.

Report hazardous cargo and irregularities(damage, short) immediately to supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, yard and surrounding areas according to Lumberman’s expectations.

Ability to operate or learn to operate a pallet jack, forklift and picker, and able to obtain certification on equipment within 30 days.

Ability to lift 50 to 100# with assistance regularly.

Must be able to read and write English.

Ability to work to with fellow employees of the company.

Be of good character, good work ethics and self- motivated.

Monday through Friday.
