We are recruiting for a motivated sales associate who has the drive to learn our business and assist in running one of our top sales locations! We are looking for a motivated individual that believes they have the know how and sales/people skills to maximize the customer experience and sales at a multi million dollar sales lot. We are open minded to highly experienced sales professionals as well as recent college graduates and individuals with raw talent who want to build their resume, but may not have had an opportunity to have years of sales experience on their resume. Hard workers with the drive to be the best will be considered, no matter their age or education background.

The role is responsible for providing quotes to location visitors (40+ sheds and steel building showcase models on site) and following up with previous leads using our automated CRM system. Great commissions in addition to weekly base pay are offered, as well as opportunities to advance quickly within the organization. The ability to work independently, provide a great customer service experience for our customers, and hustle is a must.

Compensation: Weekly Base + Commissions. $700-$1,200+ weekly average

The Ideal Candidate should meet these minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates or Bachelors Degree. (Exceptions can be made for the right person)
• A sincere desire to succeed
• Top notch work ethic
• Coachable- Learn quickly
• Previous Sales Experience or sincere desire to learn sales
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
