We need Experienced Roofing Salesman who can help our growing company get more roofing deals. This is commission based. As we see progress, there will be a raise.

You need to have these qualities and/or skills:

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to gracefully overcome objections
• Prior experience as a door-to-door canvasser preferred yet entry level are welcome
• Good with Clients
• Understand the insurance claim process
• Motivated and Driven

What do you need to get started?

• The desire and motivation to earn BIG checks
• A great attitude!
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Willingness to learn, door to door, cold calling, run leads and climb roofs
• Owns a car or a truck
• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Able to climb and carry 40-80 pound ladder
• Willing to do roof top inspection (2-3 strorey)
• Smartphone or Tablet with Cell Access

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission, incentives & bonuses

• Full time and part-time available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per year
