We are seeking an EYEWEAR SALES SPECIALIST to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for driving store’s revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs
• Providing optimum customer service
• Explaining products and services to our customers
• Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
