  • Contribute to personnel from onboarding, offboarding, accountability, etc
  • Assist with sales orders and taking sales calls as need
  • Implement individual and team goals
  • Review and assist in resolution of all backorders.
  • Monitor sales pipelines
  • Develop training and educational programs for inside sales representatives
• Streamline processes to minimize sales errors
• Managing budgets
• Communicating and coordination with other departments.
• Establish specific plans and strategies to maximize the company’s market share at its existing customer base and expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient level of computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work in a team environment.
