Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Chesterfield, MO

McBride Homes is looking for a full time Sales Associate to join our team of sales professionals!

McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 35,000 homes across the Saint Louis area and are proudly celebrating our 75th year in business.

Our Sales Associates take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up on prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same. Sales Associates don't have sales goals or earn commission, however there is potential in the future to move to a commissioned Sales Consultant position for those who have demonstrated the capabilities for this role.

Requirements for the Sales Associate position include the following:

• Customer service or sales experience
• Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills
• Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor
• Must be available to work every weekend, with 2 days off between Tuesday and Thursday.
• Must be technology savvy
• Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required

McBride provides a competitive salary ($40,000-55,000/year depending upon experience) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance benefits, paid vacation, and a 401K plan with matching contribution.
