MH Properties Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Administrator to:

• Assist in marketing and creating ads for different properties and units.
• Follow up with potential prospects via phone and email.
• Schedule showings of vacant homes for potential residents.
• Coordinate with Onsite management for showings and rentals.
• Lease vacant units to prospective residents.
• Coordinate with new tenants to execute lease agreements.
• Assist current tenants by answering and directing customer service calls.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Word
• Experience with Yardi or Rent Manager preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
