Title: Regional Sales Manager

Classification: Salary (Exempt)

Reports To: Director of Sales

Location: Oostburg, WI

Responsible for managing relationships with ongoing and prospective clients. Educate prospects with suitable information of our company, product lines, processes and capabilities. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to maintain a high quality of work while presented with several tasks in a fast-paced environment. Research new clients and establish new accounts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

▪ Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
▪ Check out existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements
▪ Entertain customer visits and demonstrate company’s equipment
▪ Meets assigned expectations for profitability
▪ Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing or data
▪ Liaison between sales and market
▪ Develop a daily/weekly call list and maintain logs in CRM (Salesforce) on a weekly basis
▪ Take orders and deliver products
▪ Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules
▪ Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
▪ Complete customer account plans to meet company standards
▪ Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
▪ Work directly with key accounts to ensure proper service levels are maintained
▪ Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
▪ Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
▪ Provide custom opportunities and solutions to customers by involving engineering and applications personnel early in the quoting process
▪ Requires a bachelor's degree and/or 5 years’ experience in a related field.

Work Hours: Business hours Monday through Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Based on departmental needs. Travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
