The Neighborhood Sales Manager is responsible for the on-site sales of Stanley Martin homes and communities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage on-site sales and provide product and house information to prospective home buyers
  • Maintain contact with the purchaser from contract signing through to settlement
  • Manage and create sales technique for developing new leads
  • Administration of sales contracts and reporting of home sales, lot status and inventory
  • Maintenance of model home and marketing material for home buyers (brochures, price lists, etc.)
  • Ensure property listings are in the MRIS, New Homes Guide and other list publications
  • Working with Marketing Dept. to promote homes and community
  • Maintain Community Data Notebook of project including services, facilities, and products
  • Coordinate and attend pre-construction meeting, pre-drywall walk, and pre-closing orientation
  • Maintain Real Estate license in good standing (where applicable)
  • Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers and home buyers
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager

Position Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Residential sales experience preferred

Martin Alloy and Stanley Halle created Stanley Martin in 1966 in the Maryland suburbs outside of Washington, D.C.
