Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
SUMMARY:
Maintains assigned accounts for the Lubricants and Bobtail sales division. Initiates and closes sales that include share of wallet/ancillary sales opportunities for existing accounts. Develops a pipeline of ancillary sales opportunities, for assigned accounts in order to meet assigned goals. Must possess the ability to establish rapport with existing customers, utilizing all forms of communication available. Prepares and performs account reviews with existing customers on a regular basis as directed by supervisor. Manages their customer base through CRM software. Must be a team player, as this position interfaces with all departments, including Credit, Marketing, Cardlock Sales, Customer Service, and Lubricant Operations on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Give all customers prompt and courteous service utilizing rapid relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn lubricant products and programs to develop proposals for existing customers, while providing accurate information and service solutions.
- Must be successful at managing existing accounts in CRM.
- Ability to develop and make value added presentations.
- Must continually update CRM, documenting all activities with customers, including tracking ancillary sales of products through the Lubricants Sales process.
- Analyze sales reports and develop sales forecasts.
- Build a pipeline of ancillary sales to existing customers large enough to meet ancillary annual goals.
- Regularly conduct formal business reviews with assigned customers.
- Submit weekly sales and progress reports as required by supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members in other departments, to resolve problems and provide information as needed.
- Must have problem-solving abilities, with strong negotiating and exceptional listening skills.
- Possess the skills to simultaneously speak, think, and type.
- Must be well organized with the capability to work in a team environment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and support company image standards
- Cross train and/or act as back up for other positions in the department
- Adheres to all city, county, state and federal regulations
- Stay familiar with the Company Handbook and Company Policies
- Communicate effectively with team members in other departments to resolve problems and provide information as needed
