Internet Sales Consultant

Nalley GMC-Buick in Brunswick is looking for highly dedicated candidates to join the Internet Sales Team. We are looking for candidates with high energy and the ability to work effectively in a Team environment. The position involves interacting via phone with customers to schedule sales appointments, verify customers had an excellent experience, and coordinate vehicle availability. Key features required from a candidate include computer skills (Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer), verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task. Other key skills include problem analysis and problem solving, customer service orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, good judgment, adaptability, team work, and most importantly the ability to listen to the customer effectively.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of high tech sales experience

• Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers

• Ability to work independently

• Key features required from a candidate include computer skills (Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer), verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task

• Education and Experience: high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, experience in a customer service environment, experience in a call center setting, data entry and typing skills

Job Duties include:

As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives

Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone.
