A Mid-Market Strategic Benefits Advisor is responsible for delivering value to Caravus clients with less than 20 employees. Value is provided through guidance and advice framed through analytic processes. The goal is to work with clients to develop creative and forward-looking employee benefit solutions to achieve their strategic objectives. This position is supported by a client service and eligibility team with a track record of market leading success in the space. The Mid-Market Advisor must leverage and mobilize the team to maintain a yearly client retention rate of 95%.

• Manage product renewals and client planning sessions
• Build solid client relationships based upon trust and ability
• Assist on elevated service issues
• Maintain prospects and sales process in CRM Tool
• Expand product and carrier knowledge
• Build working relationships with various referral sources

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
