SUMMARY
As the Sales Coordinator Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the sales coordination team and the day today tactical operation of the department. Supports the manager by training and coaching the team. Administers the resources and workflow of all functional activities including but not limited to data collection, sales order, processing, preparation of reports and acts as a liaison between the department and account managers in the absence of the department manager.

- Necessitates the sales coordinator process to align with account manager and accounting department needs
- Works with the manager to develop, implement, and train on infrastructure of processes, systems, and tools
- Under the direction of the manager, ensures the team has the appropriate tools and resources needed to meet the demands of the team, their customers, the Company, and the business
- Supervises all activities to identify problems, remove obstacles, create solutions, and produce high level results using multiple channels of communication under the direction of the manager
- Fosters a creative and cohesive environment amongst the team and others within the organization
- Works with the team to set personal and professional goals to align with organizational strategies
- Act as an additional liaison and advocate for the sales coordinators with other key stakeholders / departments to effectively cascade information through various medians
Education/Additional Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills with an emphasis on customer service in addition to:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Bachelors degree or a combination of some education and experience equivalent to 7 years
- 3 to 5 years experience in a leadership role in delegation, strategizing, organizing, and coaching
- Previous industry experience within a material handling equipment or heavy industrial equipment environment strongly preferred
- Strong analytical decision making, delegation, teamwork, adaptability, creative problem solving, and motivation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to be resourceful
- Proficient with Outlook, MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn internal systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal attributes Commitment, dependability, integrity, strong work ethic
Sales Coordinator Supervisor position range is based on experience $34-$41/hr.
