ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a FLEX Payments Advisor, your primary responsibility will be providing FLEX’s state-of-the-art electronic payment services to various merchant types through consultative, relational based sales methodologies. You will initiate contact with key financial stakeholders through various cold calling, email marketing and networking efforts to establish rapport, obtain pertinent financial data, provide value-added service demonstrations, and secure new business relationships. You will build and maintain a customer base (your portfolio) while consistently learning, creating, and raising performance standards to achieve specified sales goals.

- MUST BE A HUNTER & NETWORKER - 350+ PROSPECTING OUTREACHES EXPECTED WEEKLY
- Highly accountable to KPI’s & sales metrics, keenly focused and goal-oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales, consulting, and/or account management experience required
- 2 Years of B2B sales experience is strongly preferred
- Previous Merchant Services/Electronic Payments industry experience is a plus
- Associates degree or higher preferred, but proven experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
- Results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM portals
- Travel Expectations 10% - 20%
PLEASE NOTE - If you reside in a market where FLEX does not have a physical office, this position will be remote with periodic travel to one of our physical office locations, and if you reside in a market where we have a physical office, your position will be hybrid with a 2 to 3 days weekly onsite schedule.
