Commercial Real Estate Associate

Do you have an interest in commercial real estate? We are seeking to hire multiple team oriented candidates to enhance our Sales and Leasing Team. If selected, you will be working closely with executive management on a daily basis to learn the commercial real estate industry from beginning to end. Sovereign Realty Group has a proprietary database of qualified sales leads that are available in order to boost initial and long term career success. This significantly cuts down on the time in which it will take you to close your first and future deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize existing nationally based property leads to facilitate deals
• Assist in creating presentation materials for potential clients
• Assist in underwriting property values
• Research and assemble comparable sales statistics
• Conducting tours of commercial properties for sale and lease

Position: Full-Time

Earnings: The Sales Associate position is a commission based opportunity. Hard working candidates have earned over $100,000.00 per year based on their motivation, ability, and experience.
