What We Are Looking For:
The Corporate Retail Division of Arctic Spas is seeking a sales professional for our brand new St. Louis location. You will become part of a team who inspires and pushes each other to reach the highest standards in the industry. Extensive training will be provided but an exceptional sales history of high value luxury items would be an asset and could be required dependent on successful interview.
There is also potential to travel to additional Arctic Spas locations throughout the US and Canada to cover vacations, trade shows, etc.
We offer great compensation and benefits program for top performers. You will be responsible for helping increase our company's sales in a cost-effective manner with our retail sales team. You will primarily report to the General Store Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Attend sales events for our store as required.
- Follow-up (manage) to convert potential customers (leads) into customers.
- Obtain a deep understanding of our CRM system.
- Attend and provide active input at any sales meetings in store and other meetings of the company as needed.
- Commit to our training program.
- Assist in the normal operation of the retail store.
- Maintain a database of existing customers and stay in contact with these people to encourage future hot tub sales and referrals.
Position Information:
- Day and weekend hours – will be scheduled based on store needs.
- This is a full-time position.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $119,187.29 per year
