Opportunity to work on a successful and high performing Real Estate Team. Base and Commission! Not your standard opportunity! Must be ready to be a full-time high performing Leasing Agent.

Our Team is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent who knows the local area that is a naturally driven to provide excellent customer service, who has a professional demeanor and great negotiation skills. Position includes showing available properties to prospective clients, following up Leads, screening and qualifying. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a plus, Base + Commission offered.

· Lead Generation

o Contact database of landlords to build rental pipeline

o Set appointments and meet with landlords

· Marketing

o Take photos of property

o Write accurate and compelling descriptions

o MLS listing preparation/input

o Virtual Tour

· Showing Requests

o Answering the business phone and personal phone

o Responding to online inquiries and emails

o Manage showing schedules of listed properties

· Contract

o Prepare lease listing agreements and rental agreements

o Collection of move in funds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Marina Del Rey, CA 90292: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• California Real Estate License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
