This is Moreno Valley’s first cannabis retail experience that exudes a high-end feel with home comforts. We're excited to hire a team of enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, experienced sales associates who are passionate about cannabis. We hire outgoing, motivated, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem solvers who have great communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) report to the Assistant Manager (AM).

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

The Successful Sales Associate will:

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.

• Educate customers on the safe use of their selected products.

• Maintain positive customer relationships to establish a loyal customer base.

• Maintain and routinely update knowledge of new product inventory and the cannabis industry as a whole.

• Properly manage cash and process customers' payments using the store’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Ensure that the store is clean and well-organized at all times and assist the Inventory Manager with ensuring the sales floor is adequately stocked.

• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.

This Role Requires:

• MUST be 21 years of age or older

• Knowledge of the cannabis industries (Preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year experience as a retail sales associate

• Ability to project a professional image in the community as a representative of the facility.

• A flexible schedule; ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good computer skills, ideally with experience in utilizing inventory management software.
