America’s fastest growing residential property manager, Renters Warehouse is seeking a qualified licensed real estate agent to join our sales team as a Leasing Agent. We are expanding our Broward County territory and will be hiring agents to help with the lead flow. Our agents are professional licensed real estate agents who handle residential leasing. Duties of a Residential Leasing Agent:

· Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using Renters Warehouse resources and software.

· Sales of our award winning tenant placement and monthly property management system and services.

· Process background information on potential tenants.

· Prepare leasing documents and contracts.

· Schedule property visits and showings.

· Collect first month’s rent and deposits from new tenants.

· Conduct move in and move out property inspections.

· Exceptional customer service

· Comply with Florida requirements for all real estate transactions.

Requirements

· MUST possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License.

· Previous sales or real estate experience preferred

· Excellent Communicator.

· Good at Face to Face Sales.

· STRONG multi-tasker.

· Very proficient with online business solutions such as Word, Excel.

· Dependable vehicle.

· Ability to use a CRM

· Excellent with computers and technology in general

· Willing to work long hours and weekends.

· Quick Learner.

· Open, Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable.

· Happy and Energetic attitude.

· Motivated and Driven.

· Spanish a Plus!

Compensation: 100% Commission Based - Very CONSISTENT income, not your typical real estate sales job. You get paid every time you get a lease signed and collect money from the tenant. Commission varies depending upon incentives you have reached.
