About the Opportunity

Reporting to our Principal, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and maintain revenue generating relationships for our multiple sales verticals by introducing our to builders and developers throughout the region. We’ll lean on you to build strong relationships with developers for high-margin projects, present our solution, and negotiate on deals. Day to day, you’ll drive sales initiatives and collaborate with our Sales, Architecture, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Hazleton, PA team. You’ll communicate the message and need for sustainable building, and work as an industry leader for modern building technologies.

Requirements:

• Drives Sales performance: meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Identifies and engages with potential clients to introduce our products.
• Follows up with customers within acceptable time frame
• Provides high-level technical explanations on high-margin envelope projects
• Present our building solution, and educate developers on the benefits to our product
• Collaborates with our Sales, Architecture, Engineering, and Supply Chain team.
• Works very closely with our teams to bring a level of technical expertise to each conversation that will support our clients at a world-class level, creating relationships that are meaningful and lasting
• Manages and trains team of direct reports.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Position requires a highly motivated, self-starter personality
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Experience in CRU's

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
